VA is working on getting brock in a transitional care center thru the fargo VA until he gets another court date... Its called Project HART. Located in Fargo... Theres talk about a tentative date set in March... Was hoping for much sooner,but I guess thats how it works?

Brock will be done with the St Cloud program Jan 31st. and then go straight to Fargo VA. Then he will only be 5 hours away from us!!!!

Brock was able to come home for Christmas. He looks better and even had a smile on his face. He went back to St.Cloud to finish up his PTSD track which is over Jan 31st. Still haven't heard about when the next court date will be.... This PTSD track is a tough one, but he will pull thru with all the love and support from everyone........THANK YOU......

Brock is in the PTSD Track in St Cloud......

Brock started the PTSD track dec 7th. He has been in st cloud since mid Oct recieving treatment...This ptsd track is a very intense,difficult program..... it lasts 8 weeks or 2 months.... his preliminary hearing is set for dec 15th, but it sounds like the doctors do not want brock leaving the hospital for anything,even court because it could set him back.... So, we are currently waiting to hear from his public defender to see what the plan will be... We really wanted to get this legal stuff moving so maybe they could do a plea agreement or even throw it out of court with all his diagnoses and multiple doctors evaluating him ....1 can hope, right? its a very heavy burden on his shoulders and it would be nice to get this outa the way so he could just concentrate on the therapy........
